Here the kitchen doesn't work like “nouvelle cuisine”, instead gets right to the flavors and traditions of the Ladins. Our chef takes care himself of every entrée and product that get improved and arranged.
A special care come with game, in which Angelo, also a great hunter, is a specialist. His ability in working out, preparing and cooking this main courses is something really astounding and renowned in all the valley; his endless passion lavished in his kitchen becomes a jubilation of genuine flavours.
The menu, clearly of local foot-print, suggests a vast choice of typical dishes, that reflects the seeking of particular products and gastronomic roots;
even mush, matched with a tasty roe deer hodge-podge, is done exactly as original tradition of “Valsugana”, where our chef has born;
Also “Tortelloni Rustici” with roe deer filling and the typical sauce “Tonco de pontesel”.
